Hi, I'm on a 2021 MacBook Air macOS, Monterey 12.0.1
I am having issues with a few websites, because they think I'm not in Sweden.
I have permitted Location info, when asked, in settings.
I've changed the date and timezone info, so it shows I'm in Sweden.
I have tried unplugging my router for a few minutes.
Nothing is working.
Can you please help me?

A - It is strongly suggested the user brings this computer to the most recent version 12.6.1

I don't have a VPN and I have set up Find My, and locally it is showing I'm in Sweden.
Is there a way to give a specific address permission in either browser, how do I do this?
I see in Chrome under Location settings there is an area to allow permission, how do I add an address to give permission?

Where is your Internet Service Provider (ISP) registered? Most websites get your location from the registration address of the public IP address you are assigned by your ISP.
You can set up Safari to allow websites to use Location Services information, but the websites would have to ask for that instead of just using the IP address registration.
Are you using a VPN? A VPN is a Virtual Private Network that makes your device/network think you are somewhere else in the world. Either that or talk to your Network Provider to fix the issue.
