My daughter's "ask to buy" requests are only being sent to my iMac, which is at work. My wife and I used to receive them on our iPhones. We have read all of the troubleshooting articles, rebooted numerous times, and we are fully current on OS.

How do I get "ask to buy" requests to go to parents' iPhones and not just one iMac (which is in my work office and often inaccessible)? OS is current, rebooted numerous times, all on same AppleID.

If you have made sure everything here is done:

If Ask to Buy isn't working - Apple Support


I would advice to:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support


But I have one more trick that migth work for you, change your device name. (just add a 2 or whatever)

Change the name of your iPhone - Apple Support


And try again, if it still does not work you can just change it back
