Numbers does not have that feature. It isn't possible to select multiple sheets or to select tables on multiple sheets, which would be a prerequisite for that feature. It makes a little more sense in Excel where every worksheet is a single monolithic table versus in Numbers where a sheet might have several tables of various names or no tables at all.

What you could do is rework your document so that January is the only one with the values you need to change each new year and the respective cells in the other months refer to those cells in the January table. When you change January, all the others will change.

Have a numbers file with 12 sheets for each month of the year. This is an ongoing project and each year I have to make changes in all 12 months at the beginning of the year. I could do this easily in EXCEL by highlighting or selecting all the tabs; making change in 1 tab/sheet; this would carry forward to all the highlighted/selected tabs. How to do something similiar in numbers?
