How do I save a numbers file to a pdf file and maintain formatting? I have 5 tabs and when I save (export or print) to PDF it creates 25 pages instead of the 5 sections. Numbers 13.0 / Mac OS 13.1

Did you try to export a PDF file with the option "Fit each sheet to a single page"?

Export to other file formats in Numbers on Mac - Apple Support

This will fit each sheet to a single PDF page

You will want to use the "print" function then select the "PDF" option.

Thanks. I already tried that as well - 25 pages and no tabbed sections.

Hmm, I had not tried that. I did and it printed 5 pages instead of 25 - but no tabs. I suspect there is no way to export it and have it still be tabbed.
