I've been using a stock platform for a year on Safari. As soon as I renewed, cannot get the platform on Safari. I don't want to use Chrome because I need that another website Thank you in advance.

As you wrote the issue only happened when you 'renewed' (updated?) the platform, you should probably contact the platform owners for help.


Aside from that, you could try basic troubleshooting such as clearing the cache or testing another browser.
