Updated to Monterey 12.6.1. Safari no longer available. When I click on Safari app get message saying "You can't open the application "Safari App" because this application is not supported on this App".

Is the user using a older version of " Safari Preview " that is too old for Monterey ?
Is the user using a Too New version of " Safari Preview " that is designed for Ventura ?
Here was an updated version of Safari to version 16.1 that was released around the same time as Monterey 12.6.1 was released
Suggest checking in Software Updates for any additional updates yet to be downloaded and installed
