iPod Touch (8GB)

Hello, I recently found my old ipod touch.

I know it's one of the first few generations...

When I plug it in, it will show the battery charging, the Apple logo, and loading circles.

However, that's all it seems to do...

iTunes recognizes it with its old name...

However, says I have to unlock it before accessing it...

this doesn't seem to be an option... is there a way I can update it and access it through my PC on ITunes?
