Redownload tones does not work!

How can I access my purchased tones? I’ve signed out and back in to get the option to redownload but nothing happens. When I select the redownload, I’m prompted to enter password for account but then the iTunes Store app opens. I go back to settings and my tones are not listed and no option to redownload.
