How do I delete awards without resetting my phone?

How do I delete awards without resetting my phone? I’ve reset the watch, deleted all health history, and it successfully got rid of all my exercise minutes, standing and calories burned but my awards are still there. I just want to restart my watch fresh. It glitched out on me and gave me 917minutes of exercise minutes so gave me a bogus award that I’ll never be able to achieve. I like to beat my own record and that’s unachievable. I can’t afford to hard reset my phone nor do I have the time to do it or the backup storage space. Please help. There has to be a way to delete awards. If not there needs to be a way.

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
