Delete all awards on Apple Watch?

I had the Fitness app on my phone but never used it (I used Fitbit). The Fitness app gave me awards I guess based on moving around. I want to delete all those awards because I bought an Apple Watch SE and want a complete fresh start with my watch.

i can also see it my activity was tracking (lots of red rings) ... I just want a complete fresh start on everything. Please :)

Im using an Iphone 14 running on ios 16.3 - if that info is needed.

Hey JoKeli,

To remove awards you'll need to clear all health data from your devices. This article explains how: Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support

"Delete information that you entered

If you entered incorrect details when manually adding health information, you can delete the record.

Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab.
Tap a category, like Activity.
Tap a subcategory, like Steps.
Tap Show All Data, then tap Edit in the upper-right corner.
Tap the Delete button next to the record you want to delete. You can also tap Delete All to delete every record. "
