Logitech Circle Doorbell Live View

Have recently setup the Circle Doorbell.


my only issue is, I cannot see the live view on my iPhone 12 Pro. I can see the live view on my iPad and my wife can see the live view on her iPhone SE


we can even see it on the Apple TV when someone comes to the door.


i have disconnected and reconnected the doorbell to HomeKit multiple times. I have updated and restarted my phone and my Apple TV box.


still no live view on my phone the message eventually comes up “No Response” everyone else has no issue.

Hi BigDanG,


Is your iPhone currently running the latest software for the device? This makes sure you have all the latest fixes and features. You can learn how to do that here:


"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

  1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
  2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
  4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install."
