I have a Consumer debit card tied to Apple Cash. When trying to add a credit card and a Business debit card, it adds them under 'Not available for this payment' along with 'not accepted by app'.
What are the list of reasons for not being available or not accepted by app specifically for the Business debit card? The Consumer debit card I successfully added and the Business debit card that won't connect are issued by the same bank.

It's still a community comprised of people that may have experienced the same issue and got clear guidance, but ok.
It never hurts to ask. If you don't have a solid answer, don't respond. You were already incorrect on being able to add a card to Apple Pay.
There could be a user that has a business card that has successfully set it up with Apple Cash which would be helpful to know.
The business debit card was issued to the company, not you. You’re most likely not going to be able to add a business credit or debit card to Apple Pay at all.
Contact the issuing bank for information.
If you represent the bank, and don’t know the answer, contact your supervisors.
This is not something that can be addressed in a consumer targeted user to user support forum.

Do you work for the bank or not?
If not, what did the bank tell you when you asked them about this?
If so, then run it up the food chain if you don’t know the answer. Just because one bank allows business cards to be set up in Apple Pay doesn’t mean yours does. Or that those specific accounts qualify.
Whether it can be done is under the control of the bank. Until you verify that your bank allows those specific accounts to be set up in Apple Pay, you’re wasting your time.
