I have an iPhone 14 which is linked to an old iPhone 8.
I have recently connected the 14 to my daughters iPhone 10 and enabled the Ask To Buy feature.
However each time my daughter asks to buy something, the request goes to my old iPhone 8 which doesn’t allow me to permit the request.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Tap Family. If you don't see Family, tap your name, then tap Family Sharing. If you're the family organizer, make sure that Purchase Sharing is turned on. Then you can tap a family member's name to see if Ask to Buy is turned on for their account.

I see that my old iPhone 8 is set up as the Organizer but I don’t know how to change the organiser to my iphone 14.
Request to buy isn’t working. Please can I receive some troubleshooting help
