Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on what is going on here. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more words they received of this, the more likely their engineers will know what to fix, and how to fix it.
Reporting this to Apple:
- Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
- Select: "Bug report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: that this all began after install this update, and how you have troubleshot this, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
- Proceed from there as necessary.
