Why do attachments get removed from emails I forward?

Why do attachments get removed from emails I forward? This just started happening. Something must have changed in a setting....

Thanks....interestingly, I can't find an icon in my toolbar choices that say "Include Attachment"....or "Exclude Attachment". I wonder why?

Have you right clicked on the Toolbar & chosen Customize...?
