Photo Shuffle

I would like to use my 2 son's as the people in my photo shuffle for wallpaper/background. For some reason, both my sons are in my "people" folder. My "people" folder has about 48 people in it. However, when I go to create a photo shuffle, only 1 one of my sons is an option. Additionally, there appear to about 15 other "people" missing to choose from. I have reset all settings as directed by Apple support via telephone, I have reviewed all pictures in photos confirming identities, and done everything possible see if there is a setting off. Any ideas?

We'd like to help with the issue you are having creating a photo shuffle on your iPhone with images of your two sons.

From your post, it appears that you're using iOS 16 on your iPhone, so we'd recommend ensuring that your device is on the latest version of iOS 16. At the time of this post, that version is iOS 16.2, which you can check in Settings > General > About. If you see a different iOS version, you'll want to create a backup of your data and update your iOS version using: Update your iPhone or iPad Updating your iOS version can often resolve abnormal behavior that you might experience.
