People selection in photo shuffle on Lock screen

I have set up the photo shuffle on Lock Screen with selection of people from my photo albums, but the problem is that not all of the people I have as People albums appear as options to choose - I have 3 kids and only 2 of them ate there, but all 3 have people albums in Photos just not when selecting photo shuffle options? Can anyone help?
