Can not pair Oticon hearing aides with new iPhone vs9

My Oticon cross system is ( opnS2 miniRITIER) running version8 software.

Yes, the app ran on my previous iPhone. When I upgraded to this iPhone 14 pro it stopped. It does not show up as an option in Bluetooth. I turn off all other options( Apple watch seems to the default pairing). Restart. Try with and without wifi. Restart hearing aides…. Can’t figure it out

Thanks for helping. I do / did try to operate from the app. I finally just “ forgot” this device which wasn’t an option before for whatever reason. I turned off all other Bluetooth devices. Restarted hearing aides.Then repaired the hearing aides and everything worked. The Oticon app also came to life. Thanks!
