unable to pair oticon hearing aids to iphone since ios 16.3.1 update

My oticon aids were constantly disconnecting until my audiologist did something that he said came from either Apple or Oticon to fix the issue BEFORE the latest update. It worked really well. When 16.3.1 came out, I asked if I should update my phone and he told me not to do it. I refuse to update until I know for certain that there is a fix ready. Complain to both APPLE and Oticon if you are getting connection issues as they want to know about it.

Since IOS 16.3.1 Oticon App often looses touch with hearing aids, sometimes only one of them. Switching Bluetooth off then on usually fixed it but this is only a temporary measure. A fix is needed.

Yes! Audiologist put update on my hearing aids and told me to update my phone. I did that and it was a disaster. Now only one hearing aid will pair with my phone and none of it pairs with the app. Couldn't get an appointment for a few days to see if the audiologist can work some magic. Were you able to get the problem resolved? Had a similar issue with a prior release and Oticon sent me a whole new set of hearing aids.

I'm having a similar issue! My iPhone 12 can no longer connect to my hearing aids. I don't think it's a hearing aid issue, because I tried two models of Oticon hearing aids (that previously had no problem connecting) and neither could connect.
