How can i rearrange my i phone favorites to get my wife at the top

StartPage: Remove duplication of favorites When I browse through my iPhone start page I start to see duplicates of my favorites. I have tried removing them individually which works only briefly. I see them added to the end of the favorites after a short time. Further deletion only serves to repeat their return to the bottom of the start page. Input to resolution would be most appreciated. Thx, Doug

I like the easy questions:

Tap Edit at the top of the Favorites screen
You will see “handles” (3 lines) at the right of each entry
Put your finger on a handle and you can slide the entry up and down
When it looks right tap Done at the top.
