Deleted notes

So I randomly opened my notes one day and found all my notes disappeared , not on my recently deleted either

All the “ on my iPhone “ notes are gone and there were over 82 of them work related , messages and draft emails

I’m freaking out

I’ve tried checking on iCloud.com

tried uninstalling and reinstalling

my storage is running out , so could that be the issue that my notes suddenly disappeared?
