Apple Watch Series 6’s Time One Minute Faster

I just noticed that the time on Series 6 is one minute faster iPhone XS Max! The phenomenon was discovered when I exercised with Peloton App. The watch is connected to the phone without a data plan. Why is there a discrepancy?

On the Watch

Settings>Clock

does it show +1 on there? If so then make it show +0
