Apple Watch series 10 keeps disconnecting from iPhone

Despite trying all recommend troubleshooting suggestions (Bluetooth, WiFi, Aeroplane mode, re-pairing, proximity, restarting, update etc) Apple Watch Series 10 keeps disconnecting from iPhone so I don’t receive any notifications, messages or calls.
