Time jumps ahead an hour on Apple Watch

My question is the same. I’ve tried everything and my watch still jumps ahead an hour when it is away from my iPhone. This just started a month ago but I see it’s been a problem for others in the past. I should not have to second guess the time on a. Expensive watch. I’m very angry.
