My Airpods stopped connecting to devices.

After reset they get connected and play music (so they seem to be ok), but then when I place them in the charging box and take them back up to my ears they won't get connected. So I have to remove the device/forget it and then go through pairing again :(

First it happened only with my iphone but now the same goes for my mac...

I have tried all the general troubleshooting, many resets, reset my iphone etc but nothing seems to work for more than one connection. When I want to connect them again the problem appears again.

B. Charge these to 100%

C. Visit Apple Support links:

Scroll Down: to Hearing
Adjust: the audio volume balance

While you mentioned trying already several steps from the link above your post, we do recommend trying the ones you mentioned not yet having tried as the link does address the issue you're having: If your AirPods won't connect
