Apple Pay charging non existent card

I removed my s/o card from my Apple wallet a while back & added my own, however, when I make in app purchases my s/o card gets charged. It’s strange cause the transaction history shows up on https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

but it’s not my card being charged. Does Apple keep hidden traces of old bank cards that can never be deleted? HELP

Why is a deleted card still being charged on my apple wallet I have been charged multiple times to a card that was deleted months ago. I have reached out to customer support for the specific app being charged and advised it was done through Apple Pay and they won’t reverse unless they know last 4 digits of card used which is specific to the apple wallet card added which I can not see since card was deleted months ago. When I reached out to apple they advised it couldn’t have been charged if deleted but they aren’t able to see transactions. Bank confirms it was charged through Apple Pay. Someone explain how it’s okay to charge a card that was deleted months ago and I can not get any help with this matter??

Can't add my previous card back to my Apple Pay I just removed my card from apple wallet, but when I wanted to add it back. It doesn't work anymore and said you need to contact the card issuer. I called the bank and they said it's apple's technical issue and everything's good about my card. What should I do next?

Change your payment method at appleid.apple.com

my payment method on Apple ID page has already been changed, the problem persists. A card not found in my phones data base gets charged
