Why and how will I change the old Apple ID of this Iphone 10xt ,device now that i replced being the new owner?

You will need to obtain the Apple ID and Password of the original owner of the phone in order to unlock the phone.

The phone will be of no use until this occurs.

I knew the Apple Of the first owner now what will i do next to change to my own apple id now.
