how to change an apple id from second hand phone

i bought an iphone 6 plus and it still has the previous owners apple id on it and i am trying to remove it to put mine on there got any ideas on how i can do that because i have no way of contacting the previous owner

Without the previous owner unlocking the device, it is useless to you. Return it or recycle it responsibly
