How will i remove the apple id of the previous owners which is appearing on this device i am now using and own too??? Iphone 10xt

Without the Apple ID and Password of the previous owners you will never get past Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature. If you cannot contact that owner, you will remain forever locked out of that device. You can recycle it at any Apple Store. Take a look at this link...
