Unable to View Home
I have updated to the latest on iOS, AppleTV, my Macs, etc. I then updated Apple Home successfully and it is running well on my devices and on my wife’s phone. However, both of my kids lost access to Home despite updating their phones.
Apple Home says, “Invitation Pending”, but no invitation was sent. When they try and open Home, they get a screen saying “Unable to View Home”.
If I cancel their invitation and try and resend one, nothing every arrives.
When I look to find support for Apple Home, it sure isn’t obvious. Almost as if Apple Home doesn’t exist at Apple.
Anyone have any suggestions?
