Double charges for AppleTV app

I am supposed to receive subscription for AppleTV paid by T-Mobile, but instead Apple continues to charge my credit card.

Contacted T-Mobile. They say they done everything correctly and it is a billing issue in Apple.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
