Why is Apple TV asking for a credit card number?
i have Tmobile and subscribe to apple tv and now is asking for cc number. why is it asking for cc number when i have T-Mobile?

Your Apple Account requires a verified payment method whether Apple TV+ is paid by T-Mobile or not.
If your account has become unverified for any reason, including trying to purchase something and failing, it will require a verified payment method to continue to access the services.
It will not be charged for Apple TV+ if it's being supplied by T-Mobile though.
