Why is the Super VPN app trying to charge me immediately after accepting free trial?

The Super VPN app offers a trial, but when I confirmed this trial, it tried to charge money immediately. I wanted to get their 3-day trial. The app showed a popup with the information that by purchasing a subscription now, I get a 3-day trial, and the money will be charged in 3 days. I confirmed the purchase. After that, the app immediately tried to charge money from my card.

There was no required amount on my card, and the money was not charged. But now Apple says that my payment method is invalid, and I can't pay for my other subscriptions and I can't download any apps from the App Store.

How can I cancel the subscription so that they do not try to charge my money and I can pay only for the subscriptions I need and download other apps?

I sent a report to their support immediately, but they didn’t answer. I also sent reports to Apple support, but there’s no reaction from them. Please help me

Not sure your region, but phone/chat support may not be available in your region, so your options may be limited. Did you review your subscription page to see if the previous subscription started on Jan 3rd was cancelled? At least that will prevent any further charges. Refunds are not guaranteed and it is not possible to request a refund on a pending charge.

From your purchase history the subscription started on January 3rd for a monthly plan. View your current subscription status here which will provide additional information on when it was started and if it was cancelled:

Pending charges need to be resolved before you are able to continue to use the App Store. It is not possible to request a refund on a pending charge. If you wish to discuss it with Apple, try this here.

I don't know if I used free trial or not. I saw that the app offered me free 3-days trial. I confirmed this subscription on 3 January, and the app showed me a popup with the information that the money will be charged on 6 January. But they tried to charge immediately. I need to cancel this charging and continue to use App store as usual

You say that Refunds are not guaranteed and it is not possible to request a refund on a pending charge.

So how can I pay for this subscription, if refund is not guaranteed? I don't need this subscription at all, I don't use this vpn service. And in my region phone call and chat support are not available by the link you provided. So, what should I do? How can I resolve this issue?

I can't even download new apps!
