Cannot load library

Hi, I just updated my Windows to Windows 10 and downloaded iTunes. Unfortunately, the following message appeared that loading access to my iCloud library failed. I can access every other tab without any problem, but I can't access my library - neither added albums nor playlists. On Apple Music, I can function normally and browse my library. Does anyone know what I can do about this?

Typically you need to reset the Genius database, which you cannot turn off while iCloud Music Library is active. Turn that off first, then turn off Genius, then turn iCloud Music Library on again which will automatically restart Genius.
