wrong flagged emails showing

I am using MacOS Ventura 13.1 with Apple Mail.app 16.0.

What is the problem?

After creating some On My Mac Folders, and playing around, It shows 2 flagged emails.

The problem is, when clicked on the Flagged Folder, or the Green Flag, there is zero emails with that flag.

What did I do so far?

I try to use TimeCapsule, it seems they took this feature out of it.

I did my research. I try to reset Mail.app as it was the first time I was using it. So, deleting a lot of files under Library, in addition to disabling iCloud Mail on this MacBook.

I also re-install Ventura. (Not the full erase and reinstall, the recovery mode reinstall)

Nothing seems to take those ghost 2 green flagged something from there.

At a certain point, without any account linked on the app, and any message at all, the only thing that shows it the two green flags - with no e-mails.

Is there anything else I can do without wiping my macbook?

Yes I see you point.

Unfortunately, the link previously suggested pertained to the Databased that Apple Mail uses for Flagged e-mail.

It may not or may be subject on-lie accounts and not to " On My Mac " folders

That aside - below is an illustration of my Flagged Message being stored on the Archive folder of iCloud.

Notation - the change of position of Flags in now to the Right of the message which lines up with iOS Flagged messages
