Request a refund for doble charge

hello! I ordered airpods 2nd generation and airpods Max by order **** payment for airpods 2nd gen was charged 2 times. and max in reverse. I ask you to assist in the return of funds that you have mistakenly withdrawn again. If I sent message to wrong e-mail address, please forward, who will support me at this situation. Thank you!
