Verifying Genuine AirPods:

For the sake of ease, make sure these are genuine. If not, then report this to Amazon.

1. Get the Serial Number: Find the Serial Number of your AirPods - Apple Support
2. Enter the Serial Number here: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/.
3. View the Results: If all shows up as an AirPod, then you are fine. If not, then these are fake, and that is likely why you are getting the issue of connectivity.

Apple does not have control of a retailers return policy.

Even though you bought them on Amazon's website, you might not have purchased them directly from Amazon.

If the seller has a no refund policy, there is nothing Apple can do for you.
