Apple AirPods 2 Refund

Dear , my order number W1228902864

has been charged twice on my debit card please refund the excess charged $249 from my card. On 27th I made my first payment, to the AirPods Pro , that’s day it was successfully processed and the other day , unexpected disaster , due to weather conditions , it was delayed , and on October 5th same order has been charged from my Accounts , please find the attached, proof of My Account statement,

please refund my excess charged Amount, immediately.
