Unable to connect siri remote to appletv 4k after trying reset and pairing? also not visible when using iphone or ipad.

How to use iPhone Control center to connect to AppleTV 4k when Siri Remote is missing I bought a house; the seller left me a TV with AppleTV 4k box, but no Siri Remote. I want to use my iPhone SE 3rd generation Control Center to connect to the box that has an Ethernet cable into my router; my iPhone is connected to the router over WiFi. It seems there is some recognition of the devices since they are on the same router (in the same room) . . . but I can't get the box to open up so I can use Control Center to reset itself; tech support said a reset can be done with the Siri Remote, but there was no clear path to doing it with Control Center. Buying a replacement Siri Remote for $60 would solve this problem . . . but I thought I would ask the Community for suggestions to try.

How to fix connectivity problems with Apple TV 4K Siri remote? My apple tv 4k Siri Remote has stopped working suddenly, only volume buttons was working, I used my iPhone remote app and I unpaired the Siri Remote. While trying to pair it again it doesn’t pair, it just keeps saying bring the remote closer to the apple tv box, i bring it closer even on top of it, but still not pairing. note: i do have the latest apple tv update version tvOS 16.6 [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Verify that the remote battery is charged enough for use. Charge for at least 30 minutes, and up to 3 hours for near zero charge to 100%. Charge your Siri Remote - Apple Support
Use the Menu/Back button in combination with Volume Up for a few seconds, at close range, to pair the remote to the box. If your Siri Remote isn't working - Apple Support
