Hi,
I receive a notification to remind me to take my medication on both my iPhone and Apple Watch. When I press 'Log All as Taken' on my Apple Watch, the notification on my iPhone does not disappear.
Does anyone else recognise this behaviour? iOS 16.1.2, watchOS 9.1.

Do you have more than just this one reminder set up? And if so, do they sync when tapping completed? If you haven't recently, try restarting both the Apple Watch and iPhone. Sometimes a refresh has been known to fix unusual behavior that appears.
After restarting, test to see if this continues. Reach back out if needed.

Hi Dorian1, I have a medication reminder set at 7 am and another for a different medication at 5.45 pm. Both with the same behavior, setting them to completed on my Watch don’t remove the iPhone notification.
I have recently restarted my iPhone and Watch, but will try again.

Resetting both iPhone and Watch (combined with an update to 16.2 and 9.2) seems to have solved the issue.
The notification stays on the always-on screen and is dismissed after a few seconds when I tap the screen. That’s ok and I can live with that. Thanks for the solution.
