Apple Watch SE medication reminders

I recently updated the iOS on my watch and iPhone 13 Pro and since then l have had several issues. One of those issues is that I no longer receive medication reminders on my watch. I have tried turning on and off all settings I can find and adjusting settings to no avail. I’m really frustrated with the issues that started suddenly after simply updating my phone and watch to the most recent iOS.

The medication reminded I’m talking about is not through the reminders app (which I don’t have on my watch and don’t use at all on my phone). The medication reminder is through the health app. Months ago I input my medications into the health app and set up reminders. I received the reminders on my phone AND on my watch. I was able to mark the medications as “taken” on my phone and on my watch equally. One I updated the iOS on my phone the reminders STOPPED coming up on my watch at all. I updated the iOS on my watch and that made no difference. I’ve set up follow up reminders through the health app and that makes no difference. I’ve turned off health app notifications on my watch and turned them back on. No difference. I’ve now reset my phone and my watch and still do not receive the medication reminders on my watch at all.
