Medication Logging on Apple Watch

I don't think that Apple Health medication logging on the Apple Watch works correctly. When I log a medication on the watch, it shows up on Apple Health on the iPhone as taken but also remains on the not taken list. If I take the medication early, the reminder still alerts on the iPhone. If I log the medication as taken on the iPhone rather than the Apple Watch, it shows up as taken and disappears from the not taken list and the reminder does not go off. It seems pretty clear to me that this is a bug.

Hey william29,

We see you're concern with how medication is logged but still getting reminder alerts. Here's an article that provides great information about adding and logging medications with your iPhone and Apple Watch: Add and log medications with iPhone and Apple Watch.
