Refund after canceled order

Has anyone experienced a refund from the Apple Store?

Made an order, paid, money was withdrawn. They canceled the order and still no refund.

How long must I wait?

It’s also embarrassing that the application says the amount is 0 and the phrase “You were not billed for this product”

Try the refund steps as outlined in this document: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If under your somewhat unusual set of circumstances it does not present you with the option of asking for a refund that way, contact Apple.
