How do I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

Hello everyone

i subscribed to Adobe PDF editor and later cancelled the subscription. Apple replied that they have issued my refund. It is more than one month and I have not received my refund. I have tried several means but I have not been able to contact Apple. Please how do I contact Apple and what should I do to receive my refund?
