Download files from internet to USB drive directly
Hi Guys, as far as I know SSD on MacBook has limited lifespan, for example we can write/rewrite files 100 times (100 is just as an example), so after that SSD will start dying and as SSD isn't replaceable on matchbook, computer becomes useless. I use MacBook for a work and I need to write and delete a lots of files in a day, download - upload - delete, download- upload - delete all the time. So as it seems I'll kill my SSD more earlier than I would do in normal use. so If i pug in usb flash drive and download files using google chrome from internet directly to flash drive will it still effect on SSD? maybe Mac downloads files to SSD first and then moves to flash drive automatically? so my question is if I download files directly to flash drive, will it still effect on SSD?
