I am not satisfied as I have been in the past with my new macbook pro laptop it crashes and also moves slower than previous new products I am wondering if I can erase all transfered files or upload them on to an external HD to reduce bogging time?

I guess I am wanting to come in to discuss external HD and relieve storage on this new Macbook pro...

If you perceive your Mac is not performing as well as it ought to, please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.
