If available in your region, this will allow you to get in touch and work one on one with an AppleCare Advisor who can go over any additional troubleshooting steps that may be able and get some more information from you. When you reach out to them, be prepared to provide the following information:
- When did the issue start? Was it after a backup, restore, update, etc?
- How long has the issue been ongoing?
