So I recently just bought my iPad 9th Gen and I noticed a stuttering every 5-10 seconds when watching a 60 fps videos on YouTube app I thought it had to do with the app so I try on the safari and chrome and both had the same problem can anyone help me solve this stuttering problem?

Test your iPad on another network to see if you notice the same behavior. This will help with determining if the issue is possibly related to the network it's currently connected to.
To help with finding out if the issue is stemming from the iPad itself, test YouTube with another device if possible.

To clarify, you used both Safari and Chrome to view a YouTube video and still observed the same issue with 60 FPS, correct? If yes, have you noticed this issue with other videos (besides YouTube videos) or only when watching YouTube videos? We want to make sure we fully understand the issue you're encountering.

Is this happening on your iPad with one particular video or channel? Do other videos on other YouTube channels play normally?
We'd like to test the buffering. Using an affected video in Safari pause the video at the beginning. Allow the video to buffer for 30 seconds and then play. Does the stutter continue when you do this?

I tried YouTube on my old iPad and my phone all of them works well except this iPad I even tried YouTube with 5ghz Wi-Fi and still lags after a few seconds. I don’t think this has to do with network maybe YouTube??? Or vp9 codecs??. I’m not sure.
It happens on all YouTube videos that is 60 fps and I did tried wait for 30 seconds but it still lags or frame drops :(. I’m honestly don’t know what to do right now other than going back to apple store and ask them. Thanks for replying.
It only happens on YouTube videos and I did up to date my iPadOS to 15.6.1 and I also did restart my iPad but unfortunately none of them works. Thanks for replying.
