Apple One not working for a family member!

Hello to whoever is reading this, I’m Jorge and I’m currently subscribed to a family plan with Apple One, (I’m the Organizer) and I have three other family members in the plan and one of them can’t access Apple Music and I do have Apple Music on to share with family members! I need help as soon as possible with that! Thanks!

You can also share it with the affected family member so that they can try those steps on their devices.


It's also always a really great idea to make sure that your device and theirs are both running the latest versions of iOS/iPadOS and macOS. Updating can ensure that the latest bug fixes and resolutions are installed so that issues like this don't crop up.
