Family member unable to access Apple One

My wife is unable to access Apple Music, even though I bought the Apple One Family Plan and I have her in my family Share. Any suggestions, I've tried having her log out and then log back in with no luck.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.


It looks like you have seen the correct article. Are you in the free trial period? If you wife previously was an Apple Music subscriber, she may not be eligible until the Apple One free trial is over.


Note this section of the article:


"If you recently canceled a service, you might not be eligible for the free trial. Your plan automatically renews after the trial."
